Despina and her family are so kind and you couldn’t wish for a better hostess.
Whilst working for Sunvil in Kokkari, I never received a complaint about the studios. Often people knew the property better than me as they were repeat guests.
The studios have balconies for breakfast or evening drinks, a great view and are just far/close enough from the restaurants and cafes.
There are some great walks in the hills behind Kokkari, some secluded bays a short walk away too.
The studios are in the best spot in Kokkari. Just Perfect!

We had the most wonderful week at Despina Studios. It was a very comfortable room with the best view in Kokkari. I cannot fault anything! Despina and her husband were so welcoming and accommodating. I would urge anyone who wants a lovely, relaxing and quiet holiday to stay here as this was perfection! I will definitely go back next year – by far the nicest part of the island and delicious tavernas nearby. Thank you Despina! x

Eşim ve 2 çoçuğum ile beraber çok güzel bir 5 gün geçirdik . Despina ve eşi Yannis bizi bir akraba gibi ağırladılar. Konum olarak zaten müthiş bir yerde . Bir daha geleceğimize kendisine söz verdik . Teşekkürler

Despina Studios – a piece of Heaven on Earth!
We spent two weeks at Despina Studios in June 2019, and can hardly find words to describe this wonderful place! The service level and hospitality given by Despina and her husband Yannis is fantastic and far beyond our expectations! The room was absolutely superb – top floor and the most perfect view overlooking a small “harbour”! Very comfortable beds and all necessaryeEquipment in the kitchen area. Daily cleaning by Maria, the sweetest girl ever! Certainly the best location in Kokkari – nice and quiet, and only a few steps away from nice restaurants and bars. The small beach was frequently used to cool off:) We will certainly be back. Thank you so much, Despina and Yannis – hope to see you soon again!

Dear Despina and Yiannis, Thank you very much for your hospitality last week. We enjoyed the location. Surrounded by the sea, both left and right gives a liberating feeling. Probably not next year but we are definitely planning on coming back. Lots of love from Afra and Paul Bakker The Netherlands
